I echo what the others have said Mick.
I hope you can both find peace now.

Hi Mick
So sorry to hear of your loss and at such a young age. I hope you have good friends and family to stand by you. Try to keep in mind all the good times you did have together.

Mick, it has all been said by those before me, but I would like to add my condolences. The loss will be great for you but be encouraged to think your loved one is no longer suffering.

Thanks Al, that's great and I'd like to contribute to the cost.
HOW ABOUT A FORUM DONATION?
I was thinking that another gesture, and one we could all participate in, would be to make a donation to a cancer charity or the hospital where Mick and his wife spent their last weeks together. If we put in say $5 or $10 each, it would be a tangible way in which we could help and pay or respects to Mick and the family.
We could do it online, elecronic transfer into an account or pay it in at the bank and then, when it's all in, send it to which ever charity or hospital Mick chooses. I'm happy to coordinate this but am open to suggestions.
If I get enough response tonight, I'll open another thread with the details and acknowledge all those who made donations.

My heartfelt condolences Mick. I'm glad she passed away peacefully and with a smile on her face, no doubt thinking of better times with yourself.
