    Mugs going into glaze firing tomorrow! I hate this bit! Its when it can all go horribly wrong!

    Could I ask / suggest to giving a thought to the smoothness of the bottom - we have a few at home here that we had had to stick stuff to the bottoms as they are so rough they scratched anything they were put on.

    You probably already have this covered but just thought i would mention it.

    Printed, glazed and loaded in the kiln. Having a drink tonight to appease the Kiln God. That's my excuse anyway! The place I am firing at isn't open over the weekend, so I won't know till next Wednesday how they have turned out. Although the firing will have finished tomorrow night! Might have to appease the kiln god all weekend.
