I've got nothing to add except to say that all you flooring experts and people who've had experience with their own floors are awesome in the advice you're giving people.

There's a wealth of information on this site about flooring when you do a search. I've certainly learnt a lot and I've laid heaps of floors. Some that I would have done differently if I'd been here first.
