    do a quick trip around his shed, and then take both bins Paint them a different coulor when you get home

    Mein Gott!

    The answer is really simple.

    Take some butt inspection gloves, go around and steal all the bins you can find and dump them all in his yard, maybe even paint his number on them first.

    Seems like he needs more of them, just try and be a good neighbour.

    I don't think I need to draw you a picture of what the end result might be...

    Yes I've heard of that stuff, sounds like a very scary substance, especially if you happen to drink it undiluted.
    Ive also heard that by combining Hydrogen Hydroxide or Dihydrogen monoxide with alcohol you can render it safe. But I'm still guessing that you would need a large percentage of alcohol to have any effect.
    As far as recycled HOH I wouldnt touch it myself but I have heard some people claim that it has certain health effects if you drink a glass a day.:eek:
