I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.

Going to Hijack this tread for about 5 minutes, one of my other fetishes is:

I had the the urge to do some food preparation

    • Tonight:
I will pan fry in Olive oil some diced Spring Onions, Pancetta, Portobello Mushrooms, green and Red Capsicum Garlic, seasoning and about 6 tomatoes to this I will add some cooked pasta.
    • Tomorrow night:
I have marinating is a nice Cab Sav 1.2Kg Topside, finely diced. carrot, Onion, Celery. Red and Green Capsicum some Pancetta garlic Bay leaves and Rosemary and some seasoning, the whole lot meat and veggies are marinating in about 3/4 of a bottle of the Cab Sav.This will marinate for about 12 - 20 hours I am still undecided how I am going to cook this one, I will be searing the meat but I am not sure whether to slow cool it or put in a casserole dish and put it in the oven and cook it for a shorter time at a hotter temperature.

What would you do with this one? If I slow cook it there will be more sauce left and I could mix some tomato paste with it and the veggies. It I casserole it the sauce would reduce with the veggies and I would have a natural reduction.
