I've just added this thread to my subscribed list as I hadn't had any current threads in the list, so if someone could post a reply, I can see if I'm getting any email notifications.
Using a gmail account for this username, but will log this username off and subscribe to it with my DJ's Timber username as those notifications go to a bigpond email.Cheers

I just changed notifications to my Hotmail account and got the verification notification for that, so I think it'll work for subscriptions too.
Just got to wait for a subscription notification to be sure. If anyone is reading...... Steve

Excellent. Thanks, guys. I can verify that Hotmail accounts receive notifications.
This is strange stuff. Seems like the host servers are filtering mail aimed at Telstra/BigPond for some reason.
So, John, if you quickly open a Hotmail account...... Steve

Just be aware that if you do change the email address to another working one you may not be able to change back until the issue is fixed.
So think twice before using a work one or even a friend's "just to test" or any other email address that you can't easily control.
