Seriously, just for a moment please boys. I'm losing track with this thread. I can no longer tell what is serious and what is not. Does this mean that I have incipient old bugger's disease?
    Please be gentle with me.
I am feeling delicate this evening.
I'm not getting old am I?
Just because when I watch a footballer retire I can remember when his FATHER started as a first season player?
Just because channel two has a show called Grumpy Old Men, most of which are younger than me?
Just because ... because ... oh dammit, I've forgotten what I'm talking about AGAIN.
Hey, I can't be old. My Dad's still alive ... and seems to understand where I'm coming from. I can't be THAT old surely. Surely?

    Oh help.

Nah, I'll be your age next year & I'm not old.... says he who had 50mils of something that looks like beer drained out of his left knee at lunch time.

I was wondering where it went & I'm sure I drank more than 50mils.
    Cliff.
If you find a post of mine that is missing a pic that you'd like to see, let me know & I'll see if I can find a copy.

    Richard,

Old age is a state of mind, nothing to do with age. Whilst I feel quite young with many years still to experience, you sound like an old man so you must be old.

Oh very young....sounds like an opening for a song

The best lawnmower invented is Roundup.

My mower is over at the neighbours rusting.

Last time SWMBO told me to clean up I used the Bobcat. Bare sand + dry summer = no weeds, or lawn for that matter.

Your only as old as what you are feeling, so keep your hands to yourself you dirty old...

    What was this thread about??

You know you can still eat pancakes without any teeth:eek:

    Cheers

    Four stages of life,
    Believe in Santa Claus
Don't believe in Santa Claus
    Are Santa Claus
    Look like Santa Claus

As my mother-in-law used to say "You are only as old as the woman you feel"
