    Those sanding pads are great I use them on pens some wood and others either acrylic or polyester resin quite often just a coat of wax to finish. But as said before make sure you remove the marks from the previous grit before moving to the next.

    Looks really good mate. You got a top gloss on it.

    Another good use for Micro-Mesh is removing scratches from plastics, including clear acrylic.

    I just radiused and polished up the face of my brass fretting hammer. (Radiused with a warding file, then polished with the MM pads.) Worked a treat. I wonder if the brass will wash out of the pads, though. I'll try later.
    Also, it might wear the pads out quickly.
