    Default DW125 Manual

hello fine people, i have just bought my first RAS and i am building my whole garage around it. does anyone have the owners manual for the DW125? i am trying to strip my new baby down for a good clean and overhaul. i am currently stuck when taking the arm apart as i cannot figure out how to take the wind up/down handle off so i can dismantle the main lowering spindle.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

    Many thanks

    Sam

i realise i shouldn't do this but if anyone can email me the manual here is my address [email protected]

    Thanks again!!!!

    G'day Spoore86,

    Welcome to the forum.

If you send me your email through the forum I will send it to you within a couple of days. I would ask that you NOT post your email in the open forum as it could make you a spam target or possible interception. Hopefully the one you have provided is a throw away or you may wish to create a new one.

    Regards,
    Bob

PS - I promise not to make any remarks or give any commentary on the current Ashes / ODI matches.

If you are a fan of DeWalt RAS then there is a book that is a must read. "How to Master the Radial Arm Saw" by Wally Kunkel (Mr. Sawdust). It not only goes into the history of the DeWalt RAS but how to set it up accurately.

    cheers

    Are you Sam/Spoore86??

Have checked my end and my sent box tells me all went OK. It was sent as 4 smallish emails [to avoid overloading mailboxes] - I sent the manual as a plain copy to prevent any printing hassles.

Is there a limit on the supplied mailbox?

As it was a "throwaway" does it allow attachments or jpeg's within the body of the email?

Not had this problem before - will be away for a couple of days and will resend later in the week if that is OK. Perhaps email me a different address?

    Regards,
    Bob

The manual is on its way again. [4 emails have been resent today].

You mentioned that you had a filter and I presume virus protection / firewall - ensure that this or these are allowing attachments or jpegs through. I suspect this is where the problem lies.

    Bob
