Na it's not a patch....It's saying that some antispyware software could cause installation problems...Corel are saying to read the knowledge base http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;902330

    Download the suggested software http://www.microsoft.com/athome/secu...e/default.mspx

    Method one
Click Start, click Run, type appwiz.cpl, and then click OK.
    3. Under Currently installed programs and updates, see whether the following programs are listed:
    • WinTools
    • WinEasy
    • WebSearch
    • Easy Installer
    • System Mechanic
    • HP Component Manager
If one or more of these programs are listed, click to select the program, and then click Change/Remove. Click Yes if you are prompted to confirm the removal. Follow the instructions on the screen to remove the program.
    4. Delete the temporary files on the computer. To do this, follow these steps:
    a. Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.
    b. At the command prompt, type cd\windows\temp, and then press ENTER.
    c. At the command prompt, type del *.tmp, and then press ENTER.
    5. Empty the Recycle Bin. To do this, follow these steps:
    a. On the desktop, double-click Recycle Bin.
    b. On the File menu, click Empty Recycle Bin.
    6. Reinstall Corel

    Ask for your money back.
You bought a product license you are unable to use.

It's really up to the buyer to ask for disks and copy of licences for software installed on any computer before purchase.
