I have begun scraping a no 5 stanley and I too have that problem on the same edge as yours......It must be the way the user pushes?
I am thinking that Phils idea of putting something in the SG when its miles out is the way to go....and in this case I am considering it cos 30 passes and with the low edge still there is a tad much I think. Now that I have my SG up off the floor I will see if I can find a way of clocking it up onto the mag chuck on my little repco sg
I copped a bit of flack from my Bro and a couple mates when I did the Pope Falcon 4-1/2...why waste your time!...too much time on your hands etc etc etc were the comments...why didnt you just use the SG...I told them that my teachers would be proud of of me
Keep at it Guzzijohn
