Matt
A quick look at Dick Lynch's book "Collecting Titan Chisels" would indicate it is a type 101 being a heavy firmer (registered) chisel and because of the blade stamp, "Titan Guaranteed," from late fifties to early sixties before the association with Stanley. I assume it is 1/8" as the stamp is on the side of the blade (not enough room on the face where it would normally be.
The type 101 together with the 106 (bevel edge) were the heavy duty work horses of the Titan range (together with the socket chisels). I don't think they made a mortice chisel as such, but your chisel is close enough to that thickness by the look of it. Good pick up.
