Cliff good luck. The docs are pretty good about these things now days. Just tell him to make sure it isnt the pretty nurse taking his pulse, tends to give a false reading
I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

best wishes mate, although its probably not needed as the FNQld'ers are pretty tough.
One of my uncles had a triple bypass 2 years ago, and was up and walking on the 3rd day.... its amazing what the docs can do.

so far so good, he is improving but....
OK, so far so good, he is improving but still short of breath.
Looks like it was what they call a silent heart attack 'cos there was no pain, just very hard to breath.
He is in hospital for at least 5 days & has to have some more tests before they decide what they are going to do with him.
He has plenty of family & support down there so I won't be going unless things start to go down hill but it looks 'safe' for now.Cliff.
If you find a post of mine that is missing a pic that you'd like to see, let me know & I'll see if I can find a copy.
