Much as I hate to miss the show, we just bought a house and we'll be painting etc for the next few weekends so we can get moved in.
I think if I took off for the show I'd get strung up
Besides which, the house is making a serious dent in the workshop money and time for a while. Needs a lot of renovating.

Going to the woodwork show!!!
Guys,
don't know many people on the forum - damn work thing keeps getting in the way of whats really important - creating really good quality sawdust and wood shavings from expensive exotic timbers...
I will be at the show tomorrow and will have a spare ticket for the show courtesy of my works tenuous connection with the people who put it on...
Is anyone interested in the ticket - silly question I know - but here I am posting the question at 11:15 on the Friday night before going on the Saturday.
If you are I will be at the ticket office at 11 a.m. tomorrow and i will be identifiable by my P76 red hat...long story...anyway I am happy to give it to a fellow "woodie" so whoever see's me and asks me for the ticket will get it.
Can't wait to see all of the stuff and possibly catch up with some of you guys who are going on saturday. Not sure how I am going to explain the purchase which I know I will make to S.W.M.B.O...but as my ilfe philosophy goes:
"it is better to ask for forgiveness than to seek permission"
Anyway the Doghouse is getting pretty comfy these days...
Hope to see you there.
Scott in Peakhurst.

I might be backing up again tomorrow.
