Chuck 'em at the neighbour with the noisy blower. Give him something to clean up.

They aren't bad for home made sauce... the Grosch bottles that is! Coopers is the beer for me, a Paley hits the spot reeeaaal well. Sparkling is nice too but you have to sell the mother in law to the GranGrow fertliser folk in order to be able to afford it.

Yep, Tooheys Old or Coopers old with 1.5kg of Malt Extract, ferment for 2 weeks, bottle, stand for 2 months and go for it.

Kegs are the way to go, and there is no trail of empties so the misses doesn't know how many you have had. I like the coopers kits but the cascade spicy ghost draught is a nice drop.

My oath. Converted a chest freezer into a fridge by replacing thermostat. Holds 2, 18 gallon post mix kegs nicely. Currently have a gun to pour, but waiting for my BIL to bring me a font and tap to mount on the top

As for brew, if ya like Coopers Sparkling, try Deliverence Bitter, an Aussie Stee-pac (malt, hops etc that is steeped in hot water then added to brew) and 1.7kg Light liquid malt extract. It makes 23l but I split it between the 2 kegs. I get it all from T.W.O.C. Brewing Supplies in Bibra Lake.
