just done the smile thingy and got 14/20, when asked which part of the face gave the most help I said "EYES", as I always look into peoples eyes when talking to them. I find this very useful when puchasing items and you ask questions, when the person is truthful they return the look, when bulls$#ting you they tend to look else where. If you see a show on telly about body language watch it, it is really interesting. Got to admit I love this sort of stuff.
