Thanks every one for your input,it is a real buggah having to wake up every morning with the world in a spin.Oz i will try stemetal and see how it goes but i am getting some relief from sudafed at the moment but it sure dries me out.........lol

Dizzyness sounds like middle ear problem, but the tingling sounds more detrimental. Get too a nourologist asap. I have the same problem, and it's a pinched nerve in my spine. I have to live with it for a year, and then its scapal time and they will permanently lock up two vertibre.
If necissary fly to Melb., Your health is too important to muck around with.
