The Username.
Hi All,
Well, before the Forums, I Adopted the name of " Beenatree ", but another Chap reckoned that it was a good name for a Woodworking Supplies business, & he Registered it, so I had to back off, then thought of " issatree ".
Started out with a Capital "I ", but some how lost it.
The name seems appropriate, so it has stuck.
Lewis.Regards,
issatree.

My name is Arthur and when my sister was learning to talk she had trouble saying my name. It came out as 'Artme" and that has stuck evre since. I just decided to use a lower case "a". as a sign in.

My username came to me when I discovered that turds wouldn't take a good polish but wood would.
.
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.

Quite simply the name is the County I came from in England (to many moons ago to remember), I also use on another forum Dunelmman the first part of which is the old Roman name for Durham.

Wanted a name that related to the tasks of the forum - writing about wood and what we do with it.
Scribbly Gum just seemed appropriate to my scribblings on wood.

Funny that in Europe they were called Opal.
Since a kid I have been around wheels of some form scooters, billy carts, pushies, motor bikes, cars building buses and coaches then driving them (those days I was known as Hoppie) so when I signed up here and now using a wheelchair and turning things round. Wheel'n'round was to be it but I typed wheelinround sort of like when I was driving passengers you'd always have to wheel in behind like a sheep dog and herd them on board.
