There are 2 ways.
The first is have someone email it to you as I have done.
The second is to copy it and email it to yourself.

I have been away for over a week and haven't been on the forum.
As says I just highlight what you want press Ctrl C to copy and open a new e-mail and just Ctrl V to paste it into the e-mail.
