Golden point, a very lucky fluke type intersept try by some Qld bloke to finish

Steve Price MOTM I think Though Hindmarsh should have been

I didn't see anyone on the paddock having a bad game, everyone did the job that was asked, many went above and beyond.
I agree Price MOTM, and Hindmarsh close, but Smith was another that played a special game.

All the players should be proud

even the umpiring was above season standard

bring back Andrew Johns. That is all there is to it.

Kennedy was the only thing saving the blues from a whitewash (or maroonwash) in the first half.

And what was the story with Watmough? I'm not sure he even made the field...

More likely a bad pass then a fluke intercept.
The funny thing about Matty Bowen is that he does these lucky flukey things almost every week.

Just back after the Festival of the Boot (or whatever the boys are calling it this year) followed by a big day up north ... worst thing about being there in person was missing Roy & HG's call.

Best thing was watching all the tossers who thought the world would end if the team they support didn't win.

Like it would if NSW had got up!!!

Triffic game to be at though!

But Queenslander will do just fine.

    Richard,
Matthew Bowen scored the winning points in Wednesday night's State of Origin match. The NSW half-back tried to float a long pass to get around him and failed. Matt Bowen in-ter-sep-ted the pass and scored the points.
(I have tried to use non rugby league related terms and spell things fo-net-ik-ally as well in case there are more problems in translation )
