Thanks John but I already have mine - arrived from Queensland to our town, Orange. Works well, although very expensive.

RA2500 manual request
Maybe this isn't the place for it, but I'm actually interested in a copy of the manual, if it's still available- for the RA2500.
I just picked up a rather oldish one- not clear what the button beside the on/off switch does, and if there's meant to be a guard, or what, of the right hand side of the spindle.
I'd love the chance to get a photocopy or a scan of an original instruction manual.
Thanks in advance,
Ian

Thank you!
Let me know what I owe you for photocopying & postage. I can do a bank transfer if you like.
Best wishes!

I haven't forgotten you Stewey, I am going through a process of elimination, of where it is. Might need to contact my father, to see if he has it.

Hi Stewey,
Sorry for bieng long winded in this reply but i have been away at the Tamworth Country Music Festival and my computer had a coronary and i have just got it back again.
The button to the right of the on/off switch is a safety pin to lock the saw just remove the pin and it is inopereble. Yes there is a small plastic cover that goes over ths router spindle but is not necessary for the safe operaton of the machine. I am unable to help you with a manual. If you look at my previous post you will see where you can purchase drive belts.
Regards.

Ahh, thanks, John.
I did see your post on drive belts too- well done for the research.
(I trust Tamworth was enjoyable- were you a tourist, or an entertainer/singer?)
Best wishes,
Ian

HI Foo,
I'm really sorry I didn't reply to the above message.
I thought I did reply the same day, but I guess it went off into cyber world, and didn't land back in the forums...
I'd still love to get a copy, either in hard copy, or pdf- whatever's easiest for you.

I can PM you me mailing address if you prefer, but if you adjust the above email, it'll work.
Many thanks,
Ian

HI Foo,
many thanks- I got it yesterday just before we went out- but I had to go out to the server & download it manually as our emails couldn't handle the 5 meg. It had blocked up the wires!
I really appreciate all the effort you went to- thank you VERY VERY much.
Best wishes,
Ian
