Hi cburley funny how life deals us things. My wife has this day acquired an ezycut saw table and planer. The unit she has purchased sounds like the one you have described. From what I can see it seems as though it is designed to run both saw and planer together. The unit we have has a solid guard over the blades of the planer. I cannot see any way of separating the two short of detaching the belt from one or the other. I would be happy to take pics and send to you.
I see by your post you have manuals for yours, would you be at all interested in or able to make a copy for me? I would be happy to pay any out of pocket costs involved.
Regards
ward

Hi Ward
Just worked out how to reply to you. sorry there is another reply flying around in cyber space which will probably never be found again. I would be happy to send you a copy of the booklet I have. send me your email address. Mine is [email protected] . I am sure your wife will love her saw. I love mine and it is still going strong even though it is about 50years old. Cheers
Cathy
