    I was at Ideal Tools in Williamstown all morning and went back to Melbourne on the Willi line (platform 11) then onto the Mordi train (Frankston line platform12) this photo was taken on the departing train just after mine. I was a little lucky as that was the spot I normally board. All this happened so fast (the storm) it was unreal.

    Please send some this way. We have had about 10 mm on our farm in the last three weeks.

    I just finished child-proofing our house - but they still get inside.

    What's Etihad stadium? :dunce: That's not the one they justy finished is it?

    A few people are away this weekend cos its a long weekend in Vic. Would be a little uncomfortable in tents. I wonder if camper vans float? :think":

    So the pics of the hail on our deck and the water fall down our path will be a bit ho-hum then?

    There's a couple of people in the pics taking pics.

    Just shows how fickle the weather can be. I live south of Melbourne and got some "fat" rain around 4 in the afternoon which settled down to become a steady shower for the rest of the night (lots of thunder off in the distance). This was just what the garden needed, I couldn't believe the damaged caused until I read this thread this morning.

    Four broken tiles and wet plaster and insulation, what made me cry though is the hail ding in the roof of my four week old new car and the company car sitting next to it not a mark where is the justice ?

    Yeah, rain stats show v diff averages for parts of Melb. Hoppers crossing is the driest, and it's often dry here in the Nth when the East is getting plenty. The rain god must be classist!

    I hate leaving home on the bike in the dry and then having to stop and cover up when it's p*ssing down East of the Yarra.

    Change parking spots Phil; then you'll be OK ;-}

    Sorry to hear of your troubles.
