Pretty normal for software developers to give away tasters, then say well if you buy the real thing then you could do so much more.

If I do not clearly express what I mean, it is either for the reason that having no conversational powers, I cannot express what I mean, or that having no meaning, I do not mean what I fail to express. Which, to the best of my belief, is not the case.

    Hi Zenwood,

What's that funny circle with cross-hairs doing centred on your place?

    Cheers!

You're right, they do. Shouldn't there be the ends of a bloody big spindle sticking up out of both of them?

Try this one. Mirny Diamond Mine, the largest open cut diamond mine in the world. It is in Russia.

    Thanks for that, looks good.

I'm currently cruising around Baghdad. Quite interesting, Baghdad zoo, the informous football stadium, bunkers, burnt buildings etc.
Try turning on the "keyhole community BBS" under "layers". Some places have helpfull notations. Not many in Australia yet, but lots in US, China, etc.

I can't get any of it on my ancient P.C. (It runs on steam), but I remember a picture I saw of a street scene, showing a tennis match being played in a back yard. You could see the ball in mid-flight over the net, and could read 'Slazenger' on it.
The picture was taken from eight miles up!

Under the file menu, there's a 'save image' item. Much easier than doing screencaps. DAMHIKT Adjust the size of the image in GoogleEarth (by dragging the borders) can shrink the image filesize.
