    While we are taking about seats, can anyone explain the strange insistence by some women that blokes leave the seat down? A puzzle.

    Ah, but I live alone, and insist that all females using "the facility" put the seat back UP!!!!

    Why not compromise and provide a little prop to leave it @ 45 degrees.
    Both parties should be happy with that.
    Not too hard for a woodie to fix one of life little problems.

    Can't understand that myself either, haven't you seen the mess you cause when you leave the seat down when you use the toilet.?

    No but finding glad wrap has been put across the top has resulted in a few surprises for some.

    You didn't go to the Uni of NSW and live in New College in the mid 70's did you ?

    No had some friends who did though haven't seen a black toilet seat since about those times ..........could be why!!
