He uses AusPost for shipping, on small orders at least. It takes about 2-3 days to arrive here in Nowra. The delivery cost is a fixed $10 per order, regardless of size.

I just found this on the Globak site:

We provide fully trackable product delivery using Australia Post or Toll Ipec for the low cost of $10 per order, Australia wide.
So it appears that he sometimes uses a courier - must be for larger orders.
