    You answered my question, can you apply it with a cloth or 'fad' like you do shellac.

    It's actually the only way I've used it.

    The fad, as used in French polishing, is way more technical than you need for the application of HWO. Just a cloth bunched up gets the job done.

    When I'm finished with it, I just hang it out flat to dry then bin it.
