    Finally finished after an hour here and there between jobs. Sails were a bit of a mission, my wife sewed the calico then I built frames to support them, curved brazing rods on each side to get billowing effect then painted with watery PVA to set. Thought fabric dye would be ideal for red stripes, WRONG! It dosn't work over PVA so used much thinned paint and airbrush, SUCCESS!
    The rigging and rope blocks were a real pain in the backside, tweezers, little needle nose pliers and strong glasses overcame fat fingers. As my fine brush skills leave a lot to be desired I used Photoshop to make graphics for bow, stern & the banner then had stickers printed.

    Then comes the question of what to do with it, oars are fragile and shelves not big enough, hook on cradle and hang on wall out of harms way and will display nicely.
