Last clue: The universe came into being, as we know it, in less than a trillionth of a trillionth of a trillionth of a second ... And many things began to happen ... There was enough energy left over from the big bang to form the lighter elements, but not enough to form metals.
the first stars (suns) to form from the chaos were huge metal-poor stars. They burnt their fuel (in nuclear reactions metal can slow the rate) so quickly that after just 400 million years they were exploding all over the place as they went supa-nova. Whole galaxies became huge supa-novas ... And the first Universe vaporised itself.
Nothing but radiation left, all matter destroyed. As the dead universe continued to expand the energy was diffused. This can be labelled cooling. Soon a temp was reached where matter could form again. Hydrogen cloud suffused the entire universe.
This cloud is known today as the (place answer to question here)... And from it, we, all matter formed.

Heaven
The fact remains, that 97% of all statistics are made up, yet 87% of the population think they are real.

Good grief ... Thats a good one ... Haaaaa
but no ... The answer iz : The Lyman-Alpha forest
a universe wide hydrogen cloud that formed after quasars and type II STARS had vaporised the universe turning all matter into radiation. 400 million years after the big bang. The stars that we are familar like our sun formed from this cloud.
Thanx for playin guys. greg

Physics is not my strong point, I can never tell what any one is thinking.
But I was thinking the "L" in L A Forest had to be Light.
Good Game, I hope the next one is a bit easier, like what are the Tuesday night lotto numbersThe fact remains, that 97% of all statistics are made up, yet 87% of the population think they are real.
