Although I am frequently seen lurking in their aisles, I'm with Bob.
Try to buy a replacement part for any tool they sell!!
The bloke in charge of the tool section at our Blunderings (Maitland) told me that it "Was against company policy, but to write to head office about it!!!"
I now use mail order where ever possible--no parking problems, no impulse buying, and no teeny-bopper assistants spouting the company line.
