Clamps - any Bessey competition in Australia?

I should have mentioned the Bessey's I purchased are the KR (revo). The moving jaw can be fitted in the reverse position, to allow the clamp to function as a spreader.

eBay currently have 10% off some categories from Australian sellers. Tradetoolsupplies has Bessey clamps and is included in the offer. They also offer free delivery. The 1000mm parallel jaw clamp is just under $90 delivered. It may be worth considering if you want to save a few $ or there is no Carbatec store near you. I don't know when the offer expires.

Timbecon recently added parallel clamps to their inventory.

I haven't taken a look at the timbecon ones yet. I'll probably head out there next week some time because I have a spare place on my clamp rack which just happens to fit 4 @ 600mm parallel clamps

Got a chance to check these out in person at Timbecon today, the flat bar seemed pretty thin compared to other clamps I've seen. I think I'm just going to bite the bullet and get some Besseys, the alternatives just aren't cheap enough by the time I factor in shipping to sleepy old Perth.
