1 piece or 2 piece toilet whats difference?

I think potential buyers like to see known names on appliances and fittings but usually the company name on toilets is subtely embossed on the flush button so it is not obvious.

During a pre purchase building inspection the assayer is supposed to flush the loo etc - so if the cheap loo doesnt work it might cost you something.

thx ill be buying name brand as hassles arent worth it ive been convinced but i just thought i would ask as 100 to some of you may not be a big deal but on my budget and with no bank help every 100 saved gets something else in the house but thx everyone
