Hi Chris, I guess, not really. I will not be doing much in the shed until the end of August as we are heavily committed until then. I like Biggies idea that something is disturbing the contents of the bucket. I will also play with the distance of the cone from the cyclone. Peter

The only thing that could cause that sort of disturbance would be a rather large leak, really there is nothing else that can happen to such a simple device.
