talking to my wife about a similar issue
I mow both of my neighbors nature strips and the property across the road.
they don't and it ##### me that renters don't care.
I see them all the time and they don't ever mention it but neither do they mow more often, go figure!!

Brasil is worse- or at least where I live at the moment. And thatis an improvement on 12 years ago.

The council dropped a 10 cubic metre bin free of charge for the ferals next door.
The bin's gone now, this is their idea of a clean up
