What would be the best chainsaw mill you would recommend?

One belonging to someone else.
It may pay to clear round the logs then get a pro in to cut them up.

That's a good suggestion DavidG but it would defeat the purpose of what I'm trying to achieve.
I'm the third generation to work the land and some of the the timber is very old. I would like to follow the whole process all the way through, from milling it to making the steps and rails.
