    Hang on, you said the roll is 30 cents.
    How can it be more than the milk when the milk is 60 cents??
    Also, you forgot to put "more than.." in a new line.

    My answer: 30 cents.

    milk = 0.6 + fruit
    roll = 0.3 + milk = 0.3 + 0.6 + fruit

    fruit + milk + roll = 3

    3*fruit + 1.5 = 3

    fruit = $0.5

    therefore milk = $1.1 and roll = $1.4

    I agree.
    Let cost of fruit = x
    Milk is x + 60
    Roll is x + 60 + 30
    Total cost of lunch is x + x + x + 60 + 60 + 30 = 300
    3x + 150 = 300
    3x = 300 - 150 = 150
    x = 50
    So Roll is 50 + 60 + 30 = 140 or $1.40

    EDIT: Damn Wongo, you type faster than me.
    Most people who think know that I'm crazy.
