The Scraping inserts are in short supply. More were sold than where waterjet cut. So I will have to set aside some time to machine, heat treat and grind the balance before I do the paring chisels.
And FYI the long paring chisels will be the first of the bat since they have waited the longest.

I am reposting this PM here:
Hi Josh
Do not post any firmer chisels to anyone. Even if they do not need a handle they all need ferrules. We need to post them in one go otherwise we will pay for postage twice. It also ensures that we can be sure they get everything in the kit, rather then in a piece meal fashion.
Hi Burraboy
I have ordered 2.5 meters of 22 mm brass tube with the x-wall of 1.6 mm. It should come to you in three equal lengths of 833 mm.
This should give you enough material to cut about 47 ferrules per 833 mm length, including your 20 mm for the chuck.
47 ferrules x 3 lengths equals 141 ferrules.
The brass is coming from Sydney, so it should get to you sometime middle of next week.
I hope that this satisfactory.

Helmut,
Are the turning chisels still ok to ship for those that don't need the bevel ground. If so then I can get them packed.
