I'm trying to decide on the best way to hang the doors for my new workshop.

Originally I was planning to have them swing in, but the more I think about it, swinging out might be a better option.

The advantages to out swinging that I can think of are easier to weather seal the bottom, and I don't have to worry about anything in the workshop being in the way of them opening.

The doors I'm using are standard 820mm entrance doors x 3. Two of them will be joined in a bifold arrangement (and they will only be opened if I need to get something big in or out) with the third being the normal entrance, hinged on the other jamb.

Is there a down side to having them swing out that I'm missing?
