    Just wondering if anyone has anything to do with robinea have been given 6 large trees have 300mm plus trunks and up to 6m lenghts. timber has a green yellow coulor with close growth rings will post pic soon!!

    I believe you're looking for this - Robinia pseudoacacia - commonly called Black Locust. Google will tell you heaps about it - very useable hardwood by the sound of it.
