Here are a few photos of my just compleated blackwood dresser. The finish is french polish orange shellac. Bookmatched drawer fronts, floating bookmatched side pannels, dovetails drawer fronts. Secondary timber is hoop pine.
A massive thankyou to Steve from toolbags plus for his excellent help learning how to french polish. A more down to earth and helpful guy I have never met. I would not have been able to achive the finish on this cabinet without his expert help.
