Hey Guys....

I have a MPC2 B&D controller door...

the motor works fine... and so does the remote... but the main drum that hooks into the actual door is slipping....

It looks like the Drum is moving as the door is rolled up... I have tried putting some spacers between the drum and the roller door to give it some tention...it worked for a while.. but not any more... I have to unscrew the bolts and then push it inwards...

has anyone had this issue?? and if so.. how did you fix it?

I noticed there is a red looking item that sits on the pole then into the middle of the drum... but this is loose... not sure how to fix it so the drum dont move
