I concur! I ordered a faceplate ring, received an email confirming it had been posted (great to be kept informed) and then it arrived a day later!
With service like that, why would anyone even consider hopping into the car and spending time driving to purchase same? Brilliant!

they is the bomb. i bought a technatool 3000 when i was like fifteen, and jim was great. still got the the lathe and it still goes strong. alything he doesnt have he will get in.
hope they keep it up
