"Lucido" polyester paint for doors
Hi All,
We are doing some research for our new kitchen as part of an extension to our house. Today we visited a kitchen designer and had a look at some products. One of them that looked quite impressive was a finish for the cupboard doors and drawers called "Lucido". It is a polyester paint as opposed to a 2 pac polyeurethane finish but it looks very much the same. It is apparently more durable (read - less brittle and prone to chipping) than 2 pac and does not have the problem of peeling as may happen with vinyl wrap. It is also cheaper than both vinyl wrap or 2 pac.
Has anybody here heard of this product, or had any experience with it?
Apparently is has been in use in Europe for a few years now...
Thanks heaps!
