Conduit Spacing
Hi all,
I am looking for some information on the spacing of conduit.
I went to my local Electrical trade shop yesterday and they weren't much help.
I have all the plaster off the walls of one room in my timber frame house at the moment and before I seal it back up with new gyprock I want to run the conduit for new wiring/comms.
I bought the corrugated type of conduit from the trade shop.
I would like to know if there is a min. distance that Electrical and comms conduit can be placed from each other? Are there issues with wall insulation (batts) being used?
After prior reading of the forum I am well aware of your (the general population) stance on diy-electricians and let me assure you that I am not atempting to wire the house myself... mainly cause I would have no idea what I was doing! I just want to know about placing conduit.
Your help would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Richard
