G'Day from Penguin TAS
Hi all, New to the forum and woodwork in general but finding my eye drawn to all things timber. Interest in Building furniture and guitars.

Penguin is a small town on the North West Coast of Tasmania. The island below the South East corner of Australia.

Hi Rattrap,
We certainly like it over here. We're not quite on the beach but a couple of k's inland on about 50 acres. Got a heap of english oak here some of which came down in that big blow last year. I hope to put some of that to use.

I hope they stopped those developers from building resorts etc it would destroy the place
