multipull subscribed thread notiforcations?

lately i have been getting multiple notiforcations from the same post in a thread.

up to 6 notiforcations sometimes.

i get enough notiforcations form the forum wihtout this happening.

has anyone else found this?

Checked your user CP Carl, and there's nothing wrong there. Maybe check your local server??

yer its been happening on and off for a week.

Yes i had this yesterday so i went into CP and clicked the boxes in the subscribed thread window and thats it. In the CP it shows what you are subscribed to (get emails as soon as there has been a new post). also when starting a new thread or adding a post down the bottom it has the option of not getting emails when there has been a new post.

I checked your userCP settings, and there is nothing highlighted there that would result in multiple email notifications.
Sorry mate, we'll have to look elsewhere.

You'll get multiple notifications if you have more then one registration. Or if there's multiple answers.

Check the email address time and exact message for each email. If they are all completely identical, there may be some other problem.

sometimes i get 4 or 5 emails about teh same post. tehy are all identicle have the exact time and date.

this has been happenign for about a mounth or so on and off.

Got me beat Carl. I can find no reason at all why you should be getting them. Something must have changed but can't find anything that it could be at this end.

Same here. I receive about four or five multiple notifications per day. I haunt many other message boards, but I only receive multiples from here. Weird!
