Turn-fest 2009
If you were not there, you have missed it Taking deposits for next year though, on the Gold Coast again, in March 2010.
Last weekend, what a blast. Met quite a few forumites, but heaps of other committed turners. Fantastic demos, I learnt heaps and would recommend attending to everyone. To actually meet the experts, watch them work and chew the fat
Here are just a few photos, the tables of show & tell, and some of Cindy's work (my favourite - she certainly has the knack with shape as you can see) Sorry about the dust in the photo on some, and some items are not finished.

I was there this year & have already paid my deposit for next year had a great time learnt lots just got to get time to get into the shed work is a problem turnfest was well worththe money
