Bathroom - trades & compliance
Would appreciate some advice on requirements for a new bathroom for an existing house - I want to add a new bathroom, and engage a plumber to do the plumbing, and a sparky to do the electrical bits.
I presume I allowed to do the rest of the work and pass Council approval? ie. waterproofing, shower & bath other than plumbing, walls, floor, cabinetry? Is this correct?
I'd rather not ask the Council at this stage and want to know the typical requirements.
