We are going to lay our timber for our new house. Our relative will give us the pre-finished timber imported from vietnam. base on the info we gathered from installers in vietnam, they only lay the foam directly on top of the concrete floor and start laying the timber with glue. would it be safe for me to do the same here in Canberra?
