Kohler Escale toilet
I recently had the Escale toilet installed. What a headache! :(( The plumber had problems attaching the waste...they sent the wrong connection! He fixed the leaking toilet bit, but now there are problems with the soft close part of the lid. He has tried to tighten it, but it keeps loosening. After numerous tries, when he left the last time he said any more problems and i will have to silicone it. 2 days later, it's loose again! I've rang, texted and emailed him, but obviously he doesn't want to come back!!!! It's been 2mths now. Short of actually going to his house, is there any tricks i can do to try tightening the connections. The soft close part works, but am worried it may not after a while. I don't want to silicone it as i may void the warranty. It's OK to p.. in, but anything else is not due to movement!! ...(you know what i mean!) It cost me $1150!
Help!!
